Entrepreneurship Development Cell
Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC & IIC)
The Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Innovation Incubation Cell (EDC & IIC) was established at Megha Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women to cultivate entrepreneurial capabilities among students. This initiative supports learners in converting creative concepts into viable products while shaping an effective teaching-learning ecosystem.
The cell provides comprehensive assistance including mentoring, strategic planning, and execution support for startup ventures. Beyond individual guidance, it organises regular training activities to inspire students and transform entrepreneurial ideas into concrete business proposals — enabling students to transition from job seekers into job creators.

The coordinator also liaises with district and state entrepreneurship officials, convenes committee meetings, and manages IEDC equipment and resources.
